CBC reported today that a massive 400,000 square foot new outlet mall will be opening at the corner of Kenaston Boulevard and Sterling Lyon Parkway.

This certainly comes as great news to many of my clients who are purchasing a new home in and around the Bridgwater Trails neighborhood.
